A while ago, I sat across from a small coffee shop owner who had just opened her doors. She’d poured everything into it, the space, the menu, the little details on every table. But when I asked how business was going, she went quiet for a second and said, “I don’t think anyone even knows we’re here.”
That stayed with us.
Because she didn’t have a bad product. Her coffee was incredible. She just had no way for people to find her. No website. Nothing showing up when someone searched “coffee near me.” She was doing everything right in real life, and completely invisible online.
